Command & Conquer: Generals | Skirmish Maps (Page 7)
All new maps made by the fans for Command & Conquer: Generals. These maps can be used in skirmish games, they can also be used in multiplayer games. See our Multiplayer Maps page for more of those types of maps.

To install the maps simply extract the contents of the downloaded .zip file to your \My Documents\Command and Conquer Generals Data\Maps\MAPNAME folder on your hard drive. The MAPNAME will of course be the name of the map. EG if a map was called "DesertStorm" you would extract contents of the .zip file to the \My Documents\Command and Conquer Generals Data\Maps\DesertStorm\ folder. Each zip file should be set up so the folder is created when you unzip it.

Urban Warfare
[Downloaded times]
The map is split up in four sections with different terrains between them, itīs symmetrical and fair for all players. Two supply docks and one oil derrick for each player, in the middle there are two additional oil derricks and a refinery to fight over. Thereīs also some small supply piles here. The four sections between the starting locations all have two choke points, so it should be quite fair for all. The base areas are surrounded with cliffs and have 3 entrances each. The map works great with the AI.

Beach Landing
[Downloaded times]
This map is a four player skirmish or multiplayer game set in the tropics. It is especially good for 2v2 games, where two players start on the beach and push forward to claim the rest of the area. There are plenty of buildings to garrison in your advance/defence, and lots of resources throughout. This map is an updated version of the same originally found on the site with vastly improved AI pathfinding and the added bonus of RVMECH's "Almost Human" AI.

Iraq Oil Hunter
[Downloaded times]
Simple territorial fast mutliplayer/skirmish map that allows you to capture iraq oil rigs scattered throughout the map. There is hardly any terrain defense, so It's up to you to protect your base and oil rigs. The success to winning is being able to hold the most oil rigs. The oil rigs are not destroyable, allowing infinite resources. Can support up to 4 players and AI controlled players.

King of the Pond
[Downloaded times]
This is a symmetrical and quite open 4 player map. Each player starts with one supply dock, and there are 4 more supply docks between the players. In the middle there is a pond surrounded with 4 indestructible oil derricks (hence the name). The gameplay on this map gets intense and does not favor turtlers, the bases can be attacked from many directions and the entrances are wide. It works great for 2vs2 or 4ffa. The map has AI support and the AI is very good at it.

Toxic Nightmare
[Downloaded times]
This map was angled at multiplay and 1 player versus 8. Some surreal symbology has been included for a change of pace. You will notice the AI is quite a bit more aggressive (capable) with flat land, plenty of room to build, and resources to fuel the war machine. As the game progresses expect large scale battles. The center of the map was designed to give players a way to tip the scales if falling behind by using the features in a tactical way.

RA Classic
[Downloaded times]
RA Classic (Ruthless Army) is a classic 2-6 player map that was made years ago for the original Red Alert and now it has been re-created for Generals. This is the ultimate team map, it leads to a massive slugfest in the centre. Multiple paths of attack. Backup your allies and fight to the death!
