10th Anniversary Gallery

As a part of the C&C 10th Anniversary in August 2005. CNCNZ.com was proud to present this large collection of Command & Conquer gaming history. Renders, images and scans from the original Command & Conquer. Some of the images you will find in this special section are extremely rare.

Nyerguds Coloured Images

These images were made for the C&C Generals mod The First Tiberium War, to have high resolution icons instead of the quite bad-looking stretched C&C95 icons. The actual end results aren't here though... only the images I used to make them.
The colors are taken from the original in-game icons in C&C95 or other original renders in color.

Commando:
The image that started it all... I made this one before starting on the TFTW icons.
It has so few colors on such a cool image I HAD to try it.

Recon Bike:
One of my best colorizations :)

A-10 Warthog:
I'm kinda annoyed by the jpeg artifacts on this one.. but well, I tried.
This one was never used in the TFTW icons because I got better images from the C&C movies.

Gunboat:
I am still amazed at how realistic that water looks.
Wasn't used in TFTW either because I have a decent-sized render of it in color.

Light Tank:
Worked out quite nicely, and it was made into an icon.

Other icon enhancements

Because sometimes there are solutions that are LOADS easier than coloring a render ;)

Obelisk of Light:
This is a (quite successful) attempt to remake the image on the C&C95 icon by adding a red line on a screenshot of the Obelisk movie.

Tiberium Refinery:
OK, so this is a lot of cut and paste work... the background is from a Red Alert movie, where the place where the Refinery now is was actually a bridge. The water at both sides of the bridge has been colored green to make it appear as grass. The refinery itself is from an unused movie in C&C
