Kane (Joe Kucan) Brotherhood of Nod Leader The man known only as Kane is the supreme leader - some might say messiah of The Brotherhood of Nod. Kane epitomises the fine line between genius and madman, so it's little wonder that the world seems to be polarised either for or against him. His followers believe that he prophesised the existence of Tiberium, yet his actions seem to belie hidden agendas and megalomaniacal impulses.

Alexa Kovacs (Natasha Henstridge) ? Alexa Kovacs is stated to idolize Kane, or in the words of the actress of the character: "he is her idol, her prophet, her everything".

Brother Marcion (Carl Lumbly) The Black Hand Member of the Black Hand who is a key figure in the re-forging of the Brotherhood after its second defeat at the hands of the GDI. According to the actor of the character, Marcion has "made a mistake and he pays a price", but that Kane will "bring him back into line".

CABAL Computer Assisted Biologically Augmented Lifeform CABAL, the sentient Nod AI that went rogue in the aftermath of the Second Tiberium war, will make its return in Kane's Wrath, and he will play an important role in the campaign.
